I like how easy it was for all my employees to use this software because we have had many issues with old fashioned pen/paper methods in our organization at one time or another which never seems to be resolved unless there's some sort of technology involved.

The ease-of using this system makes training even easier than before so everyone knows exactly what they're doing when entering records. Nothing really! It works great but as long as people follow instructions then no problems arise. We've seen improvements not only internally within IT department personnel but also externally between other departments such as HR.
