I like how it gives me an overview of my entire workforce, including employees who aren't currently working at our organization but are still part-time or full timers with us! It's very easy to use as well; all functions can be completed within 10 minutes (or so). We have used this for over two years now without any problems whatsoever - there really isn’t anything we don' t love about using WsS!! If only they would implement some features from other companies such has Slack into their product line up. ! A lot easier than having multiple apps open/closing tabs etc., which sometimes makes things confusing when trying find something quickly amongst numerous windows &amp data entry screens.
