The packaging I received has definitely been opened and used. The original sticker was removed from the box and replaced with a different shaped sticker to seal the box. The headset is already assembled and not yet paired. The instructions helped you assemble the wristband and made it clear that the headset will be paired upon arrival. There were fingerprints on the headphones (which COULD be from the packaging, but I highly doubt it) and the volume button looked grainy like it had some kind of dirt in it. If I pay full price for a new one, I expect a new one, just like that. If I wanted used or refurbished, Revain also sells them MUCH cheaper. Buyer Warning. I prefer to doubt and assume it was an accident, but that would be a damn stretch. For this very reason, check your packages and make a note of unpacking. Update: Contacted Revain and they sent a replacement kit. A new set has arrived and the packaging has noticeably changed. It is 100% clear that the seller initially attempted to issue a refund/refund. NOT NORMAL. If you pay the price for a new one, you should get a new one. The original packaging came without protection, the wires were tightened with cable ties, the headset was dirty, there was no plastic protection on the headset, the headset did not fit the receiver, hair was sticking out in the sleeve with the instructions, and the instruction on the tape was different. The new package came in a sealed plastic bag, all cables were in plastic sockets (no zip ties), the headset itself has protective plastic on the ear pads, the instructions were square and sealed with different tape, and the headset is paired to the receiver. As for the headset, the volume wheel is a bit grainy, which I thought was dirt on the first set, but it's obviously down to its design. The Discord guys say this set sounds a lot clearer. They are convenient and easy to connect. I would give the headset itself 4/5 stars at the moment but leave 1 star for visibility so other people don't get ripped off.
