Warning: My Unfavorable Experience with the Auxbeam Online Store [Don't Get Burned]

I was someone who was enthusiastic to improve the lighting in my vehicle, but my experience shopping from Auxbeam's online site left me feeling quite disappointed. At every turn, I felt like I was getting the short end of the stick, from the products to the customer service. To begin, the product selection did not live up to my expectations, which were quite low. Although they do provide a variety of vehicle lights and accessories, I found their selection to be somewhat limited and not nearly as thorough as I had imagined it would be. To make matters even more difficult, the quality of the products fell far short of expectations. I bought a set of off-road lights that were supposed to be durable and long-lasting, but they stopped working after only a few usage despite the advertising to the contrary. I was really dissatisfied with the product's quality, and I had the impression that I had thrown away my money for nothing. Auxbeam's customer service was, by far, the most frustrating aspect of my time spent working with the company. When I contacted them about the problem with my off-road lighting, I was met with insensitivity and a lack of comprehension on their part. They were sluggish to respond, and in the end, they did not give any remedy to my problem or any form of compensation for my unhappiness. Taking everything into consideration, I do not suggest making use of Auxbeam's products or shopping at their web store. The poor quality of their items and the unsatisfactory manner in which they dealt with their customers left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.
