Review on Zhanmai by Lance Story

I was extremely dissatisfied with Zhanmai recently. I was eager to test out their assortment of gardening equipment because I enjoy DIY projects, but sadly, the quality control was lacking. Many of the tools I got were either incomplete or did not work as intended, which caused me frustration and lost time. They were unhelpful and dismissive when I contacted their customer service department, which made it obvious that they were not eager to help with the problem. Someone who values quality and efficiency in their DIY endeavors was let down by the lack of quality control and the subpar customer service. Anyone looking for dependable and helpful support when dealing with problems relating to their goods shouldn't use Zhanmai, in my opinion.
