Review on Muzata by Adam Cummings

My most recent shopping experience was with the Muzata online store, and I have to say that overall, I was fairly dissatisfied with how things went. The website was difficult to navigate, and the products were not organized or labeled in a way that was obvious to the customer. The time it took to complete the shipment was also much longer than I had anticipated, and the monitoring information was not updated nearly often enough. The fact that I had no idea where my package was or when it would appear was extremely frustrating. After what seemed like an eternity, my delivery was delivered, but several of the contents were broken and therefore unusable. It was a hassle to try to get a return or replacement, and the customer service was not very helpful in answering our questions. My time spent with Muzata was, on the whole, not a particularly pleasant one. If you're looking for a store that's easy to navigate and doesn't give you any problems while you purchase, I wouldn't suggest going to this particular online retailer.
