Very good software for small business owners and freelancers
The system has been very user friendly as far ease of use goes with its layout/designs being simple enough that even someone who's never used an accountancy or bookkeeping program before would be able understand it easily without having any training required from our side - which was great since I am not tech savvy at all so this made things easier than expected (I'm actually more comfortable using Excel).
There are some minor bugs here n there but nothing major other then what you'd expect when working online rather offline where certain glitches can occur etc.. It does have many features including invoicing customers via emailing them directly through their inboxes if they're paying by credit card making payments easy too once we've set up everything correctly within accounts payable section.
- Its simplicity to learn for new staff members
- Easy navigation between different screens, especially helpful during payroll processing.
- Very well laid out & organized compared o my old accounting software!
- Some parts seem outdated such is why older versions were discontinued instead newer updates released
