The Pet Love of Didog is Lost in Translation

I was eager to test Didog because I consider myself an authority on all things pet-related. However, it appears that somewhere along the line, the company's love of animals was misunderstood. It took me longer to locate what I was looking for on the website than it does for my cat to tip over a vase because of the maze-like layout of the menus. I was disappointed to learn that the products were of lower quality than I had anticipated when my order eventually came. In fact, my patience during rush hour traffic was running out quicker than my dog's new leash. And let's not even begin to discuss their customer care. It was like attempting to converse with a parrot that can only repeat the same ineffective words. Didog needs to learn how to communicate with pet owners if it hopes to deliver on its promise of offering the finest shopping experience.

Pros
  • Website that is simple to navigate and is easy to use.
Cons
  • Prices may be higher than those offered by rivals for some goods.
