EFITMENT: A Lost Chance at Making Exercise Enjoyable

I discovered EFITMENT when browsing the web for a new provider of exercise machinery. The thrill gradually faded, though, as I found myself submerged in a sea of bafflement. When I read that they "provide the best products to help customers achieve their fitness goals," I couldn't help but laugh out loud. If "best products" means a website as difficult to navigate as a Rubik's Cube, then they've certainly succeeded. And let us not forget their commitment to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. If by "active," they mean "clicking through endless pages" to find the thing you want, and if by "healthy," they mean "having a heart attack from stress," then I guess I can see their point. Their customer service is terrible; I won't even go there. As useful as a chocolate teapot, roughly. While EFITMENT may offer some passable goods, its website and service leave much to be desired. Don't bother with this unreliable method of getting in shape.

Pros
  • Outstanding client service
Cons
  • There are no choices for free shipping.
