KinHwa: A Store Where Buying Is More Annoying Than Enjoyable.

How do I even begin to review KinHwa? After hearing good things about the extensive yoga, fitness, and cosmetics sections, I finally made up my mind to check out this online shop for myself. Oh man, what a terrible error that was! To begin, their website is a complete disaster. It's impossible to discover what you're looking for because there are simply too many products and categories. And when you do track down what you're looking for, good luck navigating the muddled steps required to complete your purchase. It's as if they want to make things as difficult as feasible! Then there's the issue of their subpar customer care. I waited a very long time for a reply to an inquiry I sent regarding my purchase. And when they did, it was so evasive and useless that I had to figure it out on my own. On top of everything else, their delivery times are unacceptably long. It's been weeks since I made my order, and I've heard nothing. It would have been just as easy for me to go to a real store and buy what I required! As a whole, I don't think KinHwa is worth anyone's time. They have a poorly organized website, terrible response times from customer service representatives, and excruciatingly slow delivery times. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy.
