Review on QISF by Eric Aulia

When I went to QISF to buy some power tools lately, I was very let down by the service I received there. Their selection of tools and accessories is remarkable, but the quality of their customer service was severely lacking. Staff members were uninterested in assisting me in finding what I needed, and they provided weak product recommendations when I inquired. The costs were higher than I had hoped, and unfortunately, there were no discounts to be had. In addition, I was met with lengthy wait times and unhelpful answers when I attempted to contact their customer service team following my purchase. Spending a lot of money on their goods and then having to deal with terrible customer service was frustrating. As a whole, my experience with QISF's pricing and customer support was less than satisfactory. Their selection of tools is remarkable, but I doubt I'll be making any future purchases there.
