I like that you can create your own database schemas with custom fields for each table or view/query in MySQL Workbench (or SQL). It's easy to use as well! The learning curve is steep at first but it gets easier once you've used other tools before. The UI could be improved by adding more icons so they are not all hidden behind menus - this would make navigating through some of the features much faster than having to click around until everything pops up. This tool has helped us organize our data better because we have customized views into different tables which helps when working together collaboratively.
