My experience with the online store operated by Yountiger was not satisfying, and this is coming from someone who has shopped for industrial and scientific equipment from a variety of online retailers. The website had a layout that was difficult to understand, and the search tool was not very helpful. In addition, the product descriptions were vague, which made it difficult for me to determine whether or not the item would fulfill my requirements. Even more troubling is the fact that the products for lifting and material handling that I purchased from Yountiger were of a low grade. The fact that the products appeared to be constructed of weak material and failed to operate as described led me to wonder if it was safe to use them in a commercial environment. Yountiger stands out from their competitors because of the lack of attention to detail and quality control that they practice. Their rivals offer websites that are better designed, product descriptions that are more detailed, and products of a higher quality. In general, if you are looking for pulling and lifting equipment that are suitable for industrial and scientific use, I would not advise you to purchase them from the internet store owned by Yountiger.
