The unit I received was missing an 8-pin PCIE cable. (The package is supposed to include 3, but I only received 2). I emailed their support team and received a response the same day. They sent me an extra cable.Problem solved with no hassle!Aside from the competitive price and high build quality, I would definitely recommended this brand for the excellent customer service.

- Great source of power for your build. Plenty of extra for add ons later. Fairly quiet for 1000W
- Completely dead on arrival. Probably luck on my part, or lack there of.
