Review on YORANYO by Brad Mastermind

Revainrating 2 out of 5

YORANYO is an acronym that stands for "Frustrating Shopping Experience. "

My most recent buying experience with YORANYO has left me feeling annoyed and let down. The website's user interface was unclear and difficult to use, making it impossible for me to discover the goods I was looking for despite the fact that they offered a broad variety of arts and crafts materials. Even after I had located the items that I was interested in purchasing, the process of checking out was difficult to understand and involved a number of extra steps and pop-up windows. The process of completing my order felt like a chore, which was quite aggravating considering how eager I was to get started on my creative project. To make matters even more difficult, when my order did finally come, several of the items were missing, and it required multiple tries to get in touch with their customer service team so that they could rectify the problem. I was left with the impression that my company was not respected, and that they did not care about whether or not I was satisfied as a customer. Due to the aggravating nature of my buying experience, I do not feel comfortable recommending YORANYO. It is tough to do business with them despite the possibility that they sell some high-quality items because their website is difficult to navigate and their customer service is poor.

Pros
  • The packaging and delivery were done with professionalism and careful attention to detail.
Cons
  • The checkout procedure is rather complex.
