Review on Ableconn by Dave Tapia

I'm sorry to state it, but my interactions with Ableconn were not positive. They have a respectable offering of electronic gadgets, but their support staff is severely lacking. I had a query about a product and called their support line, where I was met by an unhelpful agent who seemed irritated by my call. In addition, when my order finally came, it was missing a mandatory part. It was a nightmare trying to reconnect with their customer support. The wait times were too lengthy, and the representative who answered my call seemed disinterested in assisting me. It took more effort than it should have had to get the missing part delivered to me after I had called and emailed the company several times. Ableconn has a passable product catalog, but their support services are severely lacking. In the future, I plan on going elsewhere for my technology requirements.
