Dissatisfied with NJCharms due to its below-average quality and unimpressive customer service

Because I do a lot of my shopping for things to use around the house and in the kitchen online, I had great hopes for NJCharms. Unfortunately, my experience with their online business was very underwhelming, and I would not recommend it. To begin, the standard of the products that were sent to me did not meet my expectations. I placed an order for a set of cookware that was described as being of good quality and long-lasting, but after only a few uses, I noticed that it was beginning to show signs of wear and tear. In addition, I purchased a set of glassware, which ended up arriving broken and scratched, which was a major source of annoyance for me. Their customer support team was not helpful in resolving any of these issues, which made the situation even more difficult. When they did eventually respond, it took several more attempts to get a response from them, and when they did, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. It was abundantly obvious that they did not value my business and did not give a damn about whether or not I was satisfied as a customer. In general, I do not think NJCharms is a good option for people who are searching for home and kitchen goods of a high standard. Dealing with them at their online store can be an exasperating and disappointing experience due to the subpar quality of their products and the unimpressive customer service they provide.
