Failure to Provide Adequate Customer Service

I know how crucial it is to find the correct equipment to help me reach my fitness goals. The most recent interaction I had with EFITMENT was disappointing and aggravating. Although I have purchased several pieces of gym equipment and accessories from them, my experiences with their customer service have been less than stellar. I contacted the company because I had some questions about the things they offered, however the guy I dealt with was uninformative and didn't seem to care about my issues. Also, I had a hard time understanding and navigating the site. It was not easy to use, and I often had to go through several pages to get to what I was looking for. Although I value EFITMENT's commitment to offering superior items, I find their customer service to be wanting. If you're seeking for a pleasant online buying experience and place high value on customer care, I wouldn't suggest this one. Overall, it's difficult to have a decent purchasing experience despite the quality of their products because of their poor customer service and cluttered website. In light of the foregoing, I propose that you seek your physical preparation elsewhere.
