Very easy to use without any tech knowledge
It is fairly easy for one person (even if you are not tech savvy) with basic computer knowledge can get set up in no time! We were able to easily scale our platform without any major issues when using this tool as it has robust capabilities that will definitely grow along us during its usage period. I have heard some negative feedback about their customer service but overall they really do take care of all my needs/issues quickly and professionally once we start working together! So far so good - great product; excellent support from both sales team & technical teams. Their billing process was very simple which made onboarding customers quick and efficient compared to other providers out there who require multiple steps before actually getting started.
