Review on Sound Bar JBL Cinema SB160 Black by Eh Chit ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm impressed! Exactly the product deserves your attention.

We were presented with other options, including soundbars, tiny music centers, and active acoustics purchased through eBay. Despite the fact that this model only has one positive rating on the network and very few reviews on the Market, we decided to take a chance and purchase two pieces at the same time. They brought it, plugged it into the socket, and plugged in the wires (one TV for optical, and the other for HDMI), and everything functioned properly when they did so. Nothing was dumped, there were no communication breakdowns, and various other things went unnoticed. When connected via HDMI, the volume can be adjusted using the TV's remote control; when connected via optical, the volume can be adjusted using the native acoustics remote control. Important! Be sure to take into account the available space in the room before you take such large pieces of equipment! My buddy has the same kind of a home theater system, which brilliantly "rocks" the kitchen, which is 10 square meters, and exits into the living room, which is 24 square meters. For me personally, in two rooms totaling 20 and 14 square meters, this soundbar is more than adequate. Prior to it, there was a JVC 150W receiver and a pair of JVC 150W floorstanding speakers in a huge room. The sound was definitely better when it was played in rooms with good acoustics; having said that, the soundbar itself isn't terrible. It goes without saying that there is an insufficient amount of mids, the sound volume is not very good, and the bass is particularly Powerful, which can cause some discomfort in the ears. The fact that it goes off by itself when it's not being used is a helpful feature. In theory, taking into account the form factor, the purchase was completely justifiable by 100% of the amount spent. This is not an audiophile super system; rather, it is a straightforward home acoustic. It is sufficient to only engage in activities such as watching a movie or listening to music in order to avoid provoking the ire of one's neighbors due to these acoustics. You need to look at more serious options in order to decorate a space that is extremely huge and has high ceilings.

Pros
  • The sound quality, the functioning, the look, and the minimum number of cables should all be considered.
Cons
  • Weak in the middle, no control over the bass, no indication of the volume, and no optical cable is supplied, which is a $150 add-on. Ashamed.
