Review on ReadyOp by Onsommoshit Mathews

Easy access from any computer anywhere in our agency has been great! Also it's very easy for first responders (like myself) who are not tech savvy at all but still need this system up quickly during an incident/disaster situation - just plug 'n play!! I wish there was more training options available so that we could learn how best use these tools before getting into incidents where they're needed most immediately. Great software if you've got people trained already using similar systems like NIMS / JTAC etc., otherwise can be hard work figuring out what works well & which doesn't when trying new things after being used elsewhere within your organization. This helps keep everyone connected as part of their "Incident Action Team" even though some may have little experience working together prior due to different agencies involved in emergencies nationwide such as earthquakes, hurricanes, fires ect.... Having one place allows us to stay synchronized.
