Review on initeq by Mike Cooper

For an industrial undertaking, I just purchased threaded inserts from Initeq's web site. Unfortunately, their support staff severely let me down. To begin with, the shipping took longer than anticipated, and their customer service personnel was unresponsive and useless when I reached out to them. In addition, the inserts I received were of low quality and did not correspond to the description on the website. It was annoying to have invested time and money into something that turned out to be subpar. When I went to initiate a return, their customer support was even less helpful than usual. After dealing with Initeq, I felt frustrated and unsatisfied. As a professional with extensive experience in the field, I had higher hopes for a company that markets itself as a provider of industrial and scientific fasteners. Due to my unfavorable experience with Initeq's customer service and quality of their products, I cannot endorse their online store.
