Easy to use and helpful customer service
I like how easy it was, even with no experience at all! Once we started using this software as our backend system everything just fell into place very quickly (we are an international organization).
There's nothing really bad about ediX - but maybe some things could be improved upon? Maybe make sure they have additional support options if needed after purchase so there aren't any surprises when something goes wrong down line?! We're solving problems regarding data integrity between different companies/organizations within one country & across borders too!!

- What seems to set them apart from other platforms is that their customer service team seem pretty competent; you can tell by talking directly in real time via chat or through email what people feel towards your problem before making assumptions which makes sense since everyone uses such unique systems for business purposes now a days due t
