The user friendly and intuitive software as it comes loaded all you need for waste collection business like sorting facilities / bins, trucks/trailers etc.,.The customer service support from iws was excellent even when we were in India at our end they always tried their best to help out us. It makes managing trash disposal & recycling easy for customers who are looking for hassle free services across multiple locations or branches. There's nothing much which could dislike about this product if used properly would solve almost everything regarding Trash Collection System Management. With an integrated solution one does not have to worry twice before disposing garbage into either landfills (if allowed) or other alternate systems. This saves time & money.Also helps reduce carbon footprint by implementing alternative methods hence reducing overall impact on environment while generating revenue through different sources also reduces risk and liability concerns for my organization.
