The ability to create custom dashboards and then share them with others. I like that you can make your dashboard look however you want it to. It's not as easy to use as other tools out there. I would have liked if they had more templates or examples for users to get started. They are working hard to improve their product but I think they need to add more templates and examples. We are using this tool to help us manage our marketing campaigns. It allows us to see the metrics we want to track and then drill down into those metrics to find what we're looking for.
