I like that it's easy to use and has all you want for an enterprise level solution. It is very flexible which makes it hard at times to understand what features are there but if you read through everything carefully it will make sense. Also, the support team can be slow sometimes when responding or understanding issues. If budget allows this should be used as more than just a backup system. We were looking for something to replace our legacy systems and provide better failover capabilities. The ability to have both physical servers and cloud backups was key along with having fast restore speeds and ease of management.
