I like how easy it is to set up, as well as use once deployed - not much of an issue at all! The customer service has been great thus far with any issues we've had they have addressed them immediately or within hours (if needed).

There's nothing really about this app itself which could be improved upon other than maybe more customization options for each user? Maybe some additional fields in surveys would help users fill out quicker too; but again there are plenty of apps available if these aren't important enough features. We're collecting survey responses via WhatsApp so our clients don't need internet access when sending their messages anymore - just make sure your phone number isn't already listed somewhere else before using outside voice though!! This saves us time by allowing me to send my client the link directly without having to go through another platform first such as Survey Monkey etc.
