How could such a bad product be made?

I want to return, I'd better take another box, this device is extremely inconvenient to use.

Pros

The idea itself is good, we connect the TV to hdmi and usb and use it without any extra wires.

Cons

There is no built-in sound - the remote control is configured to control the TV sound, at first it seemed that it was convenient, until I felt that even raising the TV sound to the maximum, the sound is still quiet. I bought it 5 days ago, since then 1-2 times a day I have to tie the remote control on a new one, it is constantly untied. There is no way to connect a flash drive (in the boxed version it was very convenient to install apk files, for example, the zona application is not in the play store.) The remote control is regularly buggy, the top row of buttons constantly stopped working, in order to work again, you had to cut it down and turn on the prefix again . I'm glad I got her back!
