Adoretex's Poor Quality and Unsatisfactory Service: A Customer's Perspective

As a swimmer, I was pleased to learn that Adoretex is widely regarded as a leader in the production of superior competitive swimwear. I wanted to try them out, so I bought a bikini from their website. Unfortunately, working with Adoretex was a terrible letdown for me. To begin with, the bikini I was sent was of very low quality. After only a few washes, the thin, weak fabric and its accompanying stitching began to unravel. That such a supposedly high-quality company would release such a poor item surprised me. The customer service representatives from Adoretex were rude and unhelpful when I called to ask about a refund or exchange. It took weeks of email back and forth with their representatives before I even got an acknowledgment of my inquiry. By the time I got a response from them, it was too late for a refund or exchange, and they had no suggestions for how to fix the problem. In general, dealing with Adoretex was unpleasant. I would not suggest this company to anyone due to the low quality of their items and the ineffectiveness of their customer support. My advice is to go elsewhere if you need high-quality sporting goods and dependable customer service.
