I love that the team has experience in the industry (we're a digital agency) which gives us confidence that we can rely upon them for advice/support. We have been using their analytics software for our client's brand for over four years now. It was relatively easy to set up at the beginning and has never broken down since then. They've helped us with many different aspects of our business including website data collection, campaign tracking and reporting. I like that we can pull in all our data sets into one place so it's easier for us (and prospects) when making decisions with regards to targeting campaigns or building new products/services! It has been difficult at times getting used to using this platform but once familiarized myself - there really isn't much not liking from my perspective!! We have seen improvements across every aspect of our business since implementing stirasta omna.
