After enjoying their 20 oz water bottle, I gave the mug a try. but was disappointed. It's not dishwasher safe, and cleaning instructions make it anything but convenient. While it insulates well, the cap is a very snug fit to be removed slowly to avoid a spill. The cup diameter is larger than most beverage cups, so the flow into your mouth is on a wider path. Take *small* sips.or dribble. The rubbery base seems like a good idea, but if you're not used to it, it jams when setting it down and the beverage can slosh out. I think they package in pairs because after you use one of them, the second is a white elephant.
