The ease of use, speed to find info (website) for our business requirements is what I like best about this site overall! Having all forms/files in one place can be great depending on how much time you have. If it's not convenient to print out or keep separate files - then that could pose an issue too. Our main concern with pub-plus was accessibility but we've learned over time that some documents are harder to create than others with no errors etc from other sites such as office 365. You just need someone who knows their way around computer software well enough to help your team solve problems of getting information into proper fields and formats which will make them easily uploadable by our end users. I like that it's easy to use and I can have access to my entire inventory at any time. It also has a good price for the features you get. Nothing really, but I guess they could improve their mobile app if there are problems with it. Definitely try it out! It really helps me manage my books so I don't have to worry about remembering what I've sold. It also makes it easier for customers who want to buy something from me to find everything in one place.
