Review on XINFANGXIU by Josh Graham

Because I enjoy making things and designing things, I was excited to test out XINFANGXIU's products, but unfortunately, my interaction with the company was not a good one. I was hoping for a better outcome. To begin, I found their website to be difficult to traverse and riddled with inconsistencies. Because the categories were so poorly organized, it was very difficult for me to locate the information that I required. It was very inconvenient that I had to spend a significant amount of time scrolling through pages upon pages of merchandise. When I eventually located the items I was looking for to order, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the products that I received when they arrived. I was disappointed to find that the fabrics and embellishments I ordered appeared to be of a lower quality than anticipated, particularly the trims and embellishments. The fact that some of the products arrived broken was a major source of frustration for us. In addition to that, I did not find their customer support to be responsive or helpful in any way. When I tried to contact them about the damaged products, it took them a long time to respond, and when they eventually did, their solutions were not satisfactory. Although they have a large assortment of products, the quality of those products and the assistance they provide to customers are both lacking. It would be unethical of me to recommend this business to anyone seeking for craft or sewing supplies of a good quality.
