We did not want to pay $200/month for each listing and was looking for a better solution. I found a developer who agreed to do a free site (he would charge us only if we decided to make it full service). He created a custom theme which worked perfectly. He has now built 5 sites for us for $0. It took him 4 months to get them up and running, so he has shown he can do the job and meet deadlines. We use his services whenever we need a new website. His service is fast, responsive, creative and we are very happy with the work he does.
