Ease-of use; no software to download or install - everything is web accessible from anywhere in any platform (we are an online service provider). Great system for clients who want complete control over their data with little effort! The price point has risen quite quickly recently so it's worth looking at other providers if you're not paying that much already but still need this level access capability within your IT department / business partners etc.. I like that the system is very easy to use and navigate. The customer service is also great. I dislike that it is not an all in one solution. It is very costly for a small business. It is a great tool for larger businesses. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a way to manage their IT needs. I am solving the problem of keeping track of our servers and devices. It is also allowing us to have a central place to troubleshoot any issues with our server or devices.
