The customer support team is very helpful! They take time out from there busy schedules for training purposes which helps me understand how i should run my business day-to-day operations even better.

I don't have any complaints about this service because it has been great so far but if you do then please let them know that we want more features added such as auto shut down when printer or fax machine goes offline etc. Please use this product especially during summer months where hot water will be running through all rooms throughout offices daily. It keeps our office spaces cool hence making people happy with its usage compared against other products available locally like air conditioners & fans.
