Review on ICMS by Todd Phillips

I like that it is user friendly and has many options. It is easy to navigate through the program. There are too many options, but this is a good thing when you have so many employees. I dislike that there are too many features. Sometimes the program doesn't load properly or closes on its own. I also dislike how complicated it is to set up new programs. If you do not know what you're doing, then this may be difficult for you. This program is very helpful because many times we have to go into a court file to find information about our employees.
