Review on Upgrade Your Home Theater with Denon DHT-S316 Soundbar System: Wireless Subwoofer, Virtual Surround Sound & Bluetooth Compatibility by Doyun Park ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

A Denon receiver system and a set of Klipsch stereo speakers are just two of the many types of speakers that I've had in the past. And finally, some words of caution to everyone. You do not need to believe that in exchange for a small amount of money you will acquire a universal system that is adaptable to all of your needs. This approach works well for playing games and watching movies. It is not appropriate for use in music. This is not it, and even with the assistance of an equalizer I am unable to pull out what I want to hear and what Klipsch acoustics gives. No, of course you will listen to melodies in a much better quality than inexpensive stereo speakers. A universal system for me would be a 5.1 or 7.1 kit from the same Klipsch, but unfortunately I do not have an additional 200,000 dollars to spend. When it came to the sound quality, this purchase was completely in line with my expectations. For all of the aforementioned applications, it is an excellent choice. The most enjoyable things to watch on a 4K screen include nature documentaries and action movies. If the image is displayed on the television, it can be used for games (the soundbar is directed at you). If you are positioned on one of the sides of the soundbar, you will be unable to hear all of the noises. The listener is in the ideal spot to experience the full influence of the situation. And of course, there's no reason for you to believe that watching conventional TV, even if it's in HD definition, will provide much improved audio quality for you. Only when the recording quality is very good are any of the room's acoustics audible (according to many reviews, it is clear that people think that ordinary TV programs will start to sound better when buying acoustics, no, this is not so). All good. Choose acoustics for the job at hand; a price tag of up to one hundred thousand dollars does not indicate universal applicability.

Pros
  • Sound of a high quality for movies and video games.
Cons
  • After 15 minutes, the power will turn off by itself (I read about this in the reviews before buying). In my particular circumstance, this does not constitute a drawback but rather an annoyance. A television and a computer are both linked to the device in some way. When you begin doing something on the computer that does not include sound, such as starting a video, there is typically no sound until you switch on the system.
