The Workspace Accessories Offered by HumanCentric Fall Short of Meeting Expectations Regarding Comfort and Organization

I am someone who sits at my desk for lengthy periods of time, so I was delighted to test out the many workspace accoutrements that HumanCentric offers. As someone who was in need of tools that would help them remain comfortable while also remaining organized, I had great hopes for the ergonomic mouse pads, wrist rests, and desk organizers that they sold. Sadly, my experience with these products has been nothing but unsatisfactory from start to finish. It was advertised that the ergonomic mouse pad and wrist rest were created from high-quality materials, which would give good support for my wrists even after many hours of using the computer. On the other hand, I discovered that both products were of poor quality and did not deliver the level of comfort and support that was advertised for them. It was painful to use the wrist rest for more than a few minutes at a time since it was too firm and the mouse pad was too thin to provide any sort of padding. The quality of the desk organizers and accessories that help reduce clutter that I bought was also quite bad. The desk organizer was flimsy and did not retain my belongings securely, while the other accessories did not fit my workstation well and ended up adding to the clutter rather than reducing it. Consequently, I ended up with more mess than I started with. To make it even more difficult for me, when I went to contact the customer service department of HumanCentric for assistance with my problems, I was faced with service that was unhelpful and unresponsive. As a result of the fact that my issues were not addressed, I am left feeling aggravated and unsatisfied with the product that I purchased. In general, if someone is searching for things that will increase their comfort and organization while working at their desk, I would not suggest that they purchase any of HumanCentric's workspace accessories. The quality of the products is bad, the quality of the customer service is inadequate, and the experience as a whole was disappointing.
