Nice Product but can be overwhelming if you're new
This product is great for tracking and reporting on equipment. The product has an API that allows for integration with third party software. The reporting/dashboard is very basic and not very intuitive. There are a lot of options and features to learn to use. We are solving our maintenance tracking with this product. It is helping us keep track of our equipment and keep our customers happy with our services. We are able to see at a glance what our technicians are working on and where they are at in their process.
