Review on ImageQuest ECM by Rusty Heredia

Easy to use and navigate through the system, very intuitive! The ability to search by title, author etc. was great! I did not like how it took so long to load up my computer. Takes time to get everything you need loaded into your computer before searching. Also there were times when we would have to wait an hour after submitting our report before we could see if it had been sent out yet. We used this software mostly for research purposes. It allowed us to find reports quickly without having to spend hours googling their names.
