I like that it is customizable as well; you can have different fields for each job position which makes things easier when filling out forms or sending emails.

It's good because if there are any new positions open in our department we just make an announcement through this platform so everyone knows about them immediately without having to send many email newsletters! There isn't anything really bad with ENGAUGE but maybe more options would be nice? Maybe add some other databases such as LinkedIn profiles etc.? We use Engage mainly for posting jobs at work (we're consultants) however sometimes we need to post something outside of our office hours too where using another system might not always give us time slots available during those times.
