Review on Aleumdr by John Ford

Aleumdr was a horrible experience for me. I purchased a dress and a pair of shoes, but when they were delivered, the dress was a completely different color than what was depicted on the website and the shoes were two sizes too small. I spoke with their customer service department, and I received impolite and unhelpful answers. They appeared uninterested in helping me resolve my problem and even accused me of lying about the dress' hue. The items' poor quality only made things worse. The dress had frayed seams and loose threads, and the poorly constructed shoes came apart after only a few uses. They were obviously making compromises in order to save money, and it was evident in the finished result. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to use Aleumdr. Their products are poorly made, and their customer care is atrocious. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
