I am very pleased with how much attention they paid to our needs and made suggestions that we had not considered before. There was no "bait and switch" tactics at all -- in fact, it seemed like they were genuinely interested in our project and wanted the best for us! They are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgable. The price for their services was fair and realistic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent design firm.
