Simply solid and attentive service provided

The team is extremely talented at what they do! They have an amazing eye for detail which makes them great to work with as well when it comes time down creating your campaign or project from start-to finish - I've never had any issues that weren't addressed right away by their knowledge base staff member who was able/willing get back within 24 hours if needed (usually very quickly).
Solid really knows how important branding can be so we were given many options about our logo but every single one has been spot on perfect especially considering my own personal preferences along side theirs :).

Pros

My sales rep, Sampath Reddy's insight into his research & development capabilities; he truly understands consumer trends in each particular demographic niche while also taking all opinions under consideration before making business decisions accordingly..and then executing those plans flawlessly.I highly recommend both him personally AND SOLID MEDIA GROUP TO ANYONE looking towards purchasing either services specifically designed toward social media / influ
