Disappointing Arts and Crafts Centerpiece

After I put it to the test I was completely let down by this centerpiece accessory. The design looked cheap and tacky and was not effective for my needs. While it may be suitable for a child's craft project, it is not a suitable decoration FOR a party or event. The only positive aspect of this product is the affordable price. .
