I got this lanyard because I work in a school with special needs kids in a very active job. There have been times that my lanyard has gotten caught on things or that a student has pulled on it, so that’s why I wanted a safe breakaway lanyard. I got this lanyard and it was super cute. I put it on and decided to test by giving it a little tug myself to see if it was safely break away, and as soon as I gave it one pool, the cloth part of the ribbon right next to the clasp instantly broke! I tried to superglue it back to the clasp, but it did not work. Do not get this lanyard if you want something that is actually break away and safe!
