Customer service at the TONTON online store was subpar.

I recently had a bad encounter with the online store TONTON. Unfortunately, the surveillance video equipment I bought from their website was faulty and didn't work correctly. I requested assistance from TONTON's customer service department, but I only received unhelpful and dismissive answers. They didn't take the time to comprehend my problem or offer any specific remedies to fix it. They seemed more concerned with getting me off the phone than actually helping me. Additionally, I thought the return procedure was overly laborious and complex. I followed all the instructions on their website, but I still ran into a few problems and had to wait a while before my problem was fixed. Overall, I had a very bad experience with the TONTON online shop and cannot recommend them to anyone. I was unimpressed by their subpar customer support and lack of assistance, and I will be moving my business elsewhere going forward.
