Online Shop Briout Misses the Mark

I have high standards for internet retailers since I consider myself to be an excellent shopper. Unfortunately, Briout failed in a number of ways. The website's user interface was a disaster, to start. Like attempting to find your way through a maze while wearing a blindfold. The search filters were about as helpful as a broken compass, and I found myself becoming lost in a sea of merchandise. The product descriptions were also subpar. It appeared as though they were playing charades when they omitted important information like size and material. Every time I made a purchase, I had the impression that I was making a guess. I won't even begin to discuss the checkout procedure. It was similar to attempting to unravel a ball of yarn that a cat had spent hours playing with. I had to go through a number of hoops to finish my order because my address wasn't saved. My order was late and damaged when it was delivered, which was cruel. The products were of poor quality and appeared to have been cobbled together with duct tape and a prayer. The customer support staff, on the other hand, was about as helpful as a rock in a hard place. They took their time to respond, and the answers they offered weren't much better than a bandage on a broken limb. In conclusion, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to shop at Briout's website. Avoid the hassle by shopping somewhere else.
