Easy access via web browser for users within/outside UK boundaries. Good tool but could be made even more user friendly with better explanations as many functions are not intuitively obvious at first glance without reading manual! It's good if you need to look up information in relation to your organisation policies etc & want easy overview of what is covered under each policy. A great resource - it can really help organisations get their house in order when considering where risks lie for them specifically & who should take responsibility for any losses occurring during incident response stage in event a loss occurred. The easy access to data, reporting and overall customer service is great! I cannot think of anything I dislike about this software. It has been very useful in managing our business risks and giving us a clear picture of where we stand. We are able to quickly identify areas of concern as well as the root causes for these concerns.
